This application manages direct links to project management and controls systems through live web services connections.  Disperse databases can be integrated into one location where project related items such as submittals and RFI's can be viewed and linked directly to the model objects impacted by those items.

Submittals: Since project submittals bear contractual impact on the job, the Submittals module enables the user to extract all approved and confirmed project information from a model, such as 2D drawings, reviews and revisions. In addition, a log identifying project participants and when approvals occurred is generated.

RFIs: Requests For Information--"RFIs" between the model and the external Project Management system are bidirectionally linked, so that they can be viewed from Glue or the PM system. When an RFI is generated, Glue sends an automated message linking the content with the model, enabling responders to immediately see the 3D context of the question and come to a rapid resolution.  Glue plugins also enable RFI's to be created directly from desktop design tools like Revit^TM.

Attachments: Users can attach any external file type or a URL to specific objects in the model, such as equipment maintenance manuals or submittal drawings. A 'List Attachments' function displays all model components with attachments and/or embedded links for quick access.
