Time-Line. Presents a scheduling tool where model changes are reflected in a dynamic schedule, linking change orders to schedule updates. Every time the model reflects an approved change order, a time input is recorded, resulting in a direct update of the overall schedule. 4D Construction. Enables the visualization of the construction execution sequence as defined by the work time-line. Therefore, the input provided by the time-line function reflects a visual status for the BIM model development. 4D Presentation. Users can define time parameters (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) and foresee project status and development sequence at every moment. In other words, for each point on the timeline there is an associated model animation of the construction sequence. Milestones. Makes possible a schedule log where project members can access and edit execution deadlines and milestones and link them into the model. |
